How to Retrieve and Reply to Secure Email Messages from AES/PHEAA
When AES/PHEAA needs to send you an email which includes personal data, or is responding to your emails that have personal data included, the message will be posted at our secure mail site, rather than going directly to your regular email box.
You will receive notification, via your regular email, that you have a new message at our secure mail site. This email will contain a link that you can use to retrieve your secure message.
To reply to a secure email, click on the “Reply” button from the secure mail message.
