Military Options

Based on the status of the account, AES offers a variety of options to assist in managing Title IV student loan debt for U.S. military members who are serving our country.

Payment Suspension

If you are serving on Active Duty or performing qualifying National Guard duty, we may be able to suspend your monthly payment if you meet certain eligibility requirements. Please review the eligibility requirements on the forms below to determine if you qualify.

If you feel that you qualify, have an Authorized official complete Section 4 of the applicable form or provide a copy of your military orders with your request.
